Carogusto AG is a Swiss food tech company based in Amriswil near Lake Constance – and the creative mind behind SiSiSi, the world's first patented, closed Quick Steam system for modern out-of-home catering. Our idea: Rethinking ready meals. Or rather coming up with a much tastier dish.
We combine culinary quality with smart kitchen technology to offer everyone – in offices, hotels, restaurants or on the go – an authentic culinary experience in just 60 seconds. Without skilled staff, without compromising. Instead with a great deal of passion, precision and a hint of Swissness.

The story behind SiSiSi
Why our brand bears this name.
The idea for SiSiSi arose from the mission to develop an innovative kitchen appliance that heats up bowls quickly, gently and as tastily as freshly cooked food. Our goal: To create ready meals with authentic flavours and high quality, for example with perfect al dente pasta or crunchy vegetables.
After many months of intensive development work, our Qeamer (short for "Quick Steamer") was created – a steamer that provides true moments of enjoyment in 60 seconds. The road to this achievement was plastered with challenges; a lot of tests, small steps forward and the occasional setback.
The decisive moment then arrived: Our Italian pasta specialist tasted the latest dish – and enthusiastically exclaimed: "Si! "Si! Si!" ("Yes! Yes! Yes!"). The perfect combination of technology and flavour had finally been achieved. This precise moment was not only the final breakthrough – it was also the birth of our brand name SiSiSi.
